These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Clickzain website and any services engaged through it. By using our website or signing a service agreement with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
Clickzain provides digital marketing, automation and white label fulfillment services as described on our Services pages. Specific scope, deliverables and timelines for any engagement are confirmed in a separate proposal or service agreement.
2. Client responsibilities
- Providing timely access to relevant ad accounts, assets and approvals
- Ensuring products, services and claims promoted comply with applicable law and platform policies
- Reviewing and approving creative or campaign material within agreed timelines
3. Payment terms
Management fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ad spend is billed separately and directly by the relevant advertising platform, or invoiced by Clickzain where we manage spend on your behalf. Late payments may result in a pause of active campaigns.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use creative assets produced specifically for their campaigns. Clickzain retains rights to internal processes, frameworks and any pre-existing materials used in delivery.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information — including strategy, performance data and business information — private, except where disclosure is required by law.
6. Limitation of liability
Clickzain will exercise professional skill and care in delivering services, but does not guarantee specific results, as performance depends on factors outside our control, including third-party platform algorithms and market conditions. See our Disclaimer for further detail.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement per the notice period defined in the service agreement or our Cancellation Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
